On February 1st 2026,our dear friend, coach, husband, and father, brother and son,Richard Moses (44) suffered a major hemorrhagic stroke. Richard is not just a personal trainer,he is a pillar in our fitness community. For years, he has dedicated his life to helping others become stronger, healthier, and more confident. Now, Richard is facing the biggest battle of his life. He is currently conscious and somewhat stable, but the road ahead will be long. A hemorrhagic stroke involves bleeding in the brain and requires intensive medical care, monitoring, and extensive rehabilitation. Recovery will include neurological treatment, physical therapy, and ongoing medical support. As a husband and father, Richard’s family now carries not only the emotional weight of this situation but also the financial burden that comes with emergency medical care, hospital stays, therapy, medications, and the loss of income during recovery. We are raising funds in Trinidad and Tobago to help support:

• Ongoing rehabilitation and therapy

• Support for his wife and children during this time
