I am Shara Dowlah. I am a single parent unable to work due to a herniated (slipped) disc. This is a medical condition I have had for over 10 years with excruciating pain and increased difficulty in mobility over the years.

My condition was due to a domestic violence disput by my ex husband and I have never had the fund to take care of my health as I have two children, one with Autism.
