Hi, my name is Amos Abraham, and I’m reaching out during one of the most difficult times my family has ever faced. On Saturday the 13th, my wife, Nicole Abraham, was rushed to West Shore Medical in an emergency condition. She was struggling to breathe and quickly became unresponsive due to a severe complication from her SLE Lupus. Her oxygen levels dropped dangerously low, her blood became acidic, and her organs began shutting down. Nicole had to be immediately admitted to the ICU, where she was intubated and placed on life support. Since that day, she has remained in the ICU. Her condition is still very critical and unstable, and at this time there is no clear indication of when she will be able to leave intensive care. Each day is uncertain, and we are taking it one moment at a time, hoping and praying for her recovery. This situation has been devastating not only emotionally, but also financially. Watching someone you love fight for their life is something no family is ever prepared for, and despite doing everything within our means, the burden is becoming overwhelming. The funds raised will go directly toward:
- Nicole’s ICU and hospital expenses
- Ongoing medical care and treatment
- Costs incurred during her recovery process
