Meet my daughter, Naomi. This little bundle of joy is the reason I can proudly call myself a mother. I have quickly learnt that motherhood has bitter-sweet moments. The first time she wrapped her hand around my finger .... sweet. The first time finding out my daughter needs surgery to save her life .... bitter. Naomi was born with multiple medical complications. One of which required emergency bowel surgery within her first few days of life. Another now requires her to have surgery to repair a defect in her heart. Although it is her that was born with this hole in her heart, my heart has not stopped aching. Family and close friends have really rallied to sort out her medical bills thus far through loans, donations and selling off items but with this second surgery, help is needed. Any donation no matter how small is appreciated. Thanks to everyone who has supported us in the recent times. Special thanks to Dr. Persaud, Dr. Parboo and Mr. Harripaul. Everyone reading this please keep my Naomi in your prayer. Thank you.
