My name is Maryann Elizabeth Sebalac and recently I was diagnosed with endometrial polyps within the walls of my womb. The polyps cover about half of my womb and because of this I suffer from abnormal uterine bleeding. I have to do surgery to remove the polyps in order that I stop abnormally bleeding every day, and yes this does cause horrible pain. The surgery is costly and I'm unable to afford it, but I really do need it in order to lead an abnormally free bleeding life.
