Hi All,

For those of you that know me most would know that I have been involved in playing and (at times) administration of the Trinidad and Tobago National Darts Association and accompanying league for the past 17 years (since I was 18). In all those years I have been a player, captain, committee member, 2nd Vice president and President.


One title however was always out of my reach but as of November last year (2025) I was finally able to secure a place on the National Team after placing 6th in a 3-day national trials selection tournament. (Top 8 men qualify). Happy days!


Enter; Bahamas. Having qualified for the National Team I am eligible to represent Trinidad & Tobago in the Caribbean Championship in Nassau, Bahamas in July/August 2026. However being a small not-for-profit Organisation the TTDA (Trinidad & Tobago Darts Association) does not have the financial capability to sponsor players. They rely on in house fund raising and subventions from the government which usually come months after the tournament is completed. These subventions almost always are less than what is requested by the TTDA and that is if they in fact receive one at all.

As such we (as players) are required to fund the entire cost of the trip including: travel, accomodation, food & spending When OR if the association does in fact receive government assistance, the players will receive a partial rebate on their financial outlay for the trip.

Here is where I need your help to make my dream of representing my country in the sport that I love on the international stage. The trip will be for 12 days (22nd July - 3rd August). All figures are approximate and subject to group discounts after discussions with respective hotels/airlines.
Airfare $4200 TTD
Accomodation $8000 TTD
Food (avg $340 TTD/ $50 USD per day)
$4100 TTD
TOTAL: $16,300 TTD
