My name is Kimberly Beckles, and I am a devoted mother to three young children, the youngest of whom was just 10 months old when my life turned upside down. Shortly after welcoming my baby into the world, I was diagnosed with Cerebral Venous Sinus Thrombosis, a rare and severe condition characterized by blood clots in the brain that hinder its ability to drain fluid properly to the spine.

The news of my diagnosis hit me hard, as I realized the immediate changes I would have to make in my life. One of the first sacrifices was ending my breastfeeding journey with my youngest, which broke my heart. My health deteriorated quickly, forcing me to stop working and leaving me unable to fully engage in the daily activities that I cherished with my children. Simple joys like playing together, taking them on outings, or even household responsibilities have become monumental challenges.

Despite my determination to fight back, my condition has been relentless. I have undergone numerous tests and CT scans, but my white blood cell count continues to rise dangerously, causing further clotting in my blood. The doctors have done everything they can, but now they recommend private testing to identify the underlying cause of my condition. This step is crucial for my treatment, but it comes with significant financial burdens. The first two tests alone are incredibly expensive, and I also need to consult a specialist for further evaluations and repeat CT scans.

The emotional toll of this journey is overwhelming, and the financial strain only adds to my stress. I am reaching out to you, kind-hearted friends and strangers, in hopes of finding support to cover these medical expenses. Every contribution, no matter how small, brings me one step closer to understanding my condition and regaining my health.

I want nothing more than to be able to care for my children fully—to enjoy their laughter, witness their milestones, and be present for them in every way imaginable. I am determined to fight for my health, but I need your help to do so.

If you feel moved to contribute, please consider donating or sharing my story with your network. Your support means the world to me and my family, and it gives us hope amidst this challenging journey.

Thank you for your kindness and generosity. Together, we can bring light back into our lives.
