This is my friend Shennelle Flemming who at age 27 was diagnosed with Systemic lupus. Now at age 41 she also suffers with vascuilitis rheumatoid arthritis psoriasis and insomnia,.
Her right foot was amputated due to gangrene and she also lost her index finger on her left hand. She continues to work at a job that is very considerate to her, she has been in and out of the hospital many times and continues to fight for her family and teenage daughter.
Any assistance however small will be greatly appreciated, she is very kind and gentle and even in her need she does not hesitate to help others
