Hi mamy name is ronderson, I live in central Trinidad, I'm a very hard working guy, but work comes in slow, Iam currently living by my uncle place, which when my grandfather was alive told me that I could live there for as long as I want and that the downstairs of the house is mine... A couple years after he said so he died and my uncle had put me out on the streets... I am 42 years of age... I've rented for atleast 16years of my life Wich wasn't easy, I worked many companies, and every little I've saved some kind of disaster happened in my life I end up using the lillye cash that I've saved... About a year ago in 2024 i begged family to stay at there place as COVID had ruined my life, the saving that I had to start building up a house I used it in paying rent for in the COVID-19 pandemic as I didn't as tried to make do on what I have... I've rented many places in Trinidad and even in Tobago, hoping from place to place, seeking cheaper apartments and jobs close by... Last place I've rented is moruga Trinidaddeelp south, my left foot is sick due to someone spiritual said I had crossed something and although it wasn't for me, I still got a shaft from the spiritual wok... I've been living with a cut on my foot for the past 6years... I don't suffer with diabetes nor do I have sugar... Doctors said that I would have loose my foot long time ago if I was diabetic...

I live by my uncle where I once grew up, and I can't get married to anyone as my uncle is jealous that if I am to mlget married I must get my own place, disregarding that he knew the the promise my rand dad made to me that I could live there for as long as I like as that's my home, My mom has a lot of land in Esmeralda cunupia, she said the land is for me that I can start building up on it, but as work is slow, I'm not seeing a way to save up the money,
I've decided that I would have build a board structure till I can do better... My mom said no, that if I can't build concrete don't build none....
I tell you this world is wicked ..

My mom also said that in order for me to get the property from her I should build up two apartments for her first then build up where I going to live... I pleaded to her many times sign over the deed as a gift to me so I can probably mortgage it and get a loan build up my house and business place then gradually pay back the mortgage company but it's a fight down thing... So I'm PLEADING if anyone can assist in helping me get electricity on the land and help build atleast a 2bedroom board house for me and my wife to be and her 2boy children I'll be very greatful... Life growing up for me was really tough, I've been through a lot, but I keep fighting to strive to reach to the top... This spiritual work I have on my foot has kept me back my working many occasions, loose lots of money trying to see about the foot, it pains alot from time to time, and sometimes can't stand too long but I still battle and do what AA man gotta do and that is work hard to strive for what he needs for him and his family....

If there is anyone who is willing to help me with helping me get my own place so I can get my own place to live and open up a business, I'll be able to return the favour so someone else someday as well
