IMPORTANT NOTICE:
YOUR CARD STATEMENT WILL SHOW AS BLUE GURUZ INC.

Hi, my name is Makeda Griffith, and I am the proud mother of my 2-year-old son, Mikael Griffith, who has been diagnosed with Moebius Syndrome. We are thrilled that Shriners Children's Hospital, located at Greenville, South Carolina, USA, has shown interest in his case and is ready to provide the necessary medical care.

Mikael will need corrective surgery on both legs as well as Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy to prepare for prosthetics. This specialized intervention will significantly reduce his mobility challenges and improve his quality of life.

While Shriners Children's Hospital graciously covers all medical expenses, our family requires financial support to manage the non-medical costs during his 6 to 12 months stay. The expenses for 6 months, amounting to approximately 147,000 TTD, include:

- Airfare
- Accommodation
- Transportation
- Meals

We are reaching out to you, our community, to help us raise the necessary funds. Any contribution, no matter how small, will make a profound difference in Mikael's journey to mobility.

We deeply appreciate your generosity and support.

Contributions can be made to the following account:
Republic Bank Chequing Account:560033133901
Account Holder: Merlene Sanderson-Griffith/Mikael Griffith

Thank you in advance for your kindness and support in helping Mikael achieve a brighter, more mobile future.
