My mom, Oma... has been sick 3 years and ongoing, unable to walk or move without assistance. Doctors say it's critical heart disease and a rating of 90% disability. Ever since things has gotten worse in terms of her health as she struggles to buy proper meds or even healthy foods to consume. She has no income and also pays rent monthly to which she is currently short and is unable to pay her rent. she has clinic appointments every month but is unable to attend due to lack of transportation and money. Any help will be greatly appreciated
