IMPORTANT NOTICE:
YOUR CARD STATEMENT WILL SHOW AS BLUE GURUZ INC.
My name is Roger St. Bernard. I have been facing, and overcoming, life's threatening illness for the past 6 years. Weekly dialysis has been critical in allowing me to enjoy a relatively normal life; prior to these sessions, there were countless heart wrenching, near death incidents. Thankfully, I am still alive and seeking to further stabilize my health.
Two years ago I lost one of my leg and was put on a waiting list for prosthesis limbs however, I was told I didn't qualify for one and I would have to purchase it myself. I am unable to do so because of my other health challenges.
In anticipation of your favorable responses, I wish to thank you for your generosity, support and your prayers.
