Hello I am a single mom who needs your help. In 2019 I gave birth to my third child who was born with his left kidney underdeveloped. As a result,, I decided to stay home with him, which amounted to 1 year, to ensure he got the best care. During this period of not working, persons would have helped me along the way financially, some I have to pay back. When I returned to the world of work in 2020, that's when it all began, people started calling for their monies, landlord starts to apply pressure (still grateful to him for having me live there for 1 year without paying) etc. Food as usual hard to come by, but as I usually say, I have to find a way for my kids. My son who is now 6 years old is autistic, has ADHD and cyst on both his left and right kidneys. From birth he has seen his full share of hospital, whilst I struggled through it all. Sometimes I wasn't even financially able to make his appointments which are usually scheduled in Trinidad. I found something that works for his kidneys, it reduces the cyst whiles nourishing his kidney but it is costly and I can't keep up to give him on a regular basis. His has to attend a private school recommend by the specialist he saw due to his autism and ADHD. Thats another cost, i also have money for her for now 2months. Unfortunately his father is non existing in his life. All that keep coming my way back to back has forced me to seek out lenders to stay afloat, which further set me back financially, as they have to be repaid with interest. I will have to sacrifice other bills in order to fulfill that obligation. Sometimes it reach as far as me getting my life threatened if i dont pay. I can't go to any normal lending institutions as I had an existing loan when I stayed home to care for my son, so as a result of that my credit got shot. I am not a lazy person, I work really hard, tried starting up my business twice, but due to no capital, it failed. I constantly search for remote work to do online after hours. If I can find one place that I can consolidate everything and have one place to pay, I will survive much better, but that too is challenging to find. I get anxiety attacks every month end, everytime my phone rings and I see another person I owe calling, I answer and stay honest about my situation, but some tell me plain that's not their problem, understandable but it puts added pressure . I genuinely need all the help I can get and that's why I am doing this, I want to be able to provide what my son needs to heal and give him access to an education because he is so intelligent. Whenever i think about giving up, (which happens too often in recent times) i think of him and my energy is renewed, but i am tired, so very tired. Any help financially or additional work from home situation or help with consolidation given, i will forever be in eternal gratitude. Thank you in advance.
