Hi, my name is Makiel Sharpe, and I’m raising funds to take part in an international opportunity that can help transform not only my future—but also bring real value to Trinidad & Tobago and the wider Caribbean. While I was not granted a full scholarship, I’ve been given a second chance to attend through a self-funded option. Unfortunately, like many others, I have been affected by delayed payments while working under the government, making it difficult to finance this opportunity on my own.
