Tardieu’s Kitten & Puppy Sanctuary is a non-profit animal sanctuary for neglected and injured animals who were abandoned or about to be euthanized.
The sanctuary is now home to over 200 animals inclusive of cats and dogs. Currently situated in Mt. Lambert, the animals live in a cage free environment amongst their rescuers, Clifford and Sharon Tardieu.
Clifford and Sharon started rescuing animals 31 years ago and continue to present day despite the challenges that come with undertaking such a task.
The sanctuary faces heart breaking emergencies daily, from litters of kittens and puppies being dumped outside the sanctuary, to animals needing help in the most compromising of places. Several of the animals also require special medical attention for a plethora of different illnesses and syndromes.
The purpose of this FundMe is to provide these animals with food, medication and spaying/neutering.
Clifford and Sharon along with the assistance of a few volunteers have been working really hard to help these animals and give them the best care possible.
The sanctuary can only continue to rescue more animals with your help. Any donation, no matter how small, would go a long way to helping Clifford and Sharon continue their vital work, serving the animals of Trinidad and Tobago.
Please visit the sanctuary’s social media pages to see what they are up to on a daily basis.
