Open water swimming is a grueling sport where seconds are shaved off by high-tech gear. A professional Open Water Tech Suit, designed to reduce drag and manage muscle compression, costs $2,800 TTD alone. When you add airfare, accommodation in Martinique, and essential training tools like racing goggles and fins, the financial hurdle becomes steep.
