Trista started gymnastics in 2022 and within months she advanced to a pre competitve athlete. In 2024, she entered her first competition as a training level 2.

At the end of her first year of competing she was invited to try out for Trinidad and Tobago National Women's Artistic Gymnastics Team.

The competition season is quickly approaching as she trains as a level 3 gymnast. The expenses for this year includes entry fees, meet essentials, travel and accommodation to Barbados. Among these competitions include the Caribbean Classic and Barbados Trident Classic.

Any contribution made to helping her achieve her goals will be greatly appreciated by this young athlete as she takes steps towards her ultimate goal of taking Trinidad and Tobago to the Olympics.
