Every year, millions of dollars' worth of perfectly edible food is wasted across the Caribbean while many families struggle with food insecurity, businesses lose money, and our environment bears the cost.

The Caribbean Food Waste Summit & Culinary Showcase exists to change that.
This is more than a one-day event. It is a movement bringing together governments, businesses, chefs, educators, farmers, researchers, students and communities to create practical solutions that reduce food waste across our region.
