Hi, I'm Richard Ramlal i attended PCC from 1979 to 1987. I am anticipating our dream of opening a welcoming street bistro to life, a place where great food, friendly faces, and a sense of community come together.

I believe that good food has the power to bring people together, create memories, and brighten someone's day.
