I never imagined that I would have to ask others for help with something so deeply personal.
I am currently facing a medical procedure to remove an endometrial mass that has been affecting my health and my everyday life. After being evaluated by my doctors, I have been advised that the mass needs to be surgically removed. I am losing more blood than my body can safely keep replacing, and I can feel the toll it is taking on me. I am becoming increasingly weak, exhausted and depleted, while the source of the bleeding remains inside me. My body is struggling to sustain itself through this ongoing blood loss, and I am frightened of what could happen if I cannot get the treatment I urgently need.
This is no longer something I can simply endure and hope will get better. I need this mass hiremoved so that the bleeding can finally stop and my body has a chance to recover. I am asking for help because I cannot afford to wait until my body reaches its limit.
The procedure requires general anesthesia and must be done at a private medical facility as it is not offered in the public health sector. The estimated cost is approximately TT$23,000—an amount that I simply cannot afford on my own right now.
I am doing everything I can to take care of myself and get through this, but I have reached a point where I need help.
That is why I am humbly asking for your support.
